Fed up with the lack of fresh meat in fast-food restaurants, I’M HUNGRY’s founder Mohamed AlGhamdi sought to create a fresh burger – a burger created with fresh meat cut daily from butchery direct to the grill to taste the best fresh burgers.
The story of the resturant started with an father who was searching for a restaurant that serve fresh meat burger or healthy burger meal. He was struggling a lot because there is no restaurant can do his son requirement. He decided to do a big move and big challenge, so he started to establish this restaurant and make it different. The goal was to use a fresh meat without using freezing meat nor hydrogenated oil nor preservation in our restaurant menu and with competitive price. It is not easy to be succeed in this project because there are a lot of challenges, but if there is a sincere intention and clear goal it will be successful. The name of the restaurant was choosing to be expressed the father suffering when his son said that (I’m hungry) and also when he was looking for a fresh burger meal for his son. The project was studied for a year and the first branch was opened in 6/6/2016.
